On-site visit. Full inspection. Flat-rate diagnostic fee, waived if you move forward. You get a written quote before any work begins.

Clean workspace. Labor warranty on every install. Parts warranty honored at no extra cost. We don't leave until the system runs right.

We're a second-generation HVAC shop on the east side of Colorado Springs. Started by Mike Hensley in 2003 out of a single pickup truck. Today we run six trucks and answer the phones 24 hours a day — still Mike's voice most mornings. Every technician on our payroll is licensed, background-checked, and paid hourly. We don't do commission, because commission makes techs sell you things you don't need. We serve Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Falcon, and everywhere in between.
