Pro Massage
Pro Massage is a sports recovery and pain-management studio at 1655-I South College Street in Auburn, Alabama. The work is the kind of bodywork an athlete books between training cycles and a client books when a knot has been there for months. Deep tissue, sports recovery, trigger-point, and chair massage at events around campus.
The practice has been recognized by the Auburn Award Program and works regularly with Auburn Athletics swimmers and divers. Sessions start with a real conversation about what is hurting and what your body is doing in training, then move to the table. Call (334) 524-2422 to book, or stop in to suite I off South College Street.

What people are saying.
I've stumbled upon the Holy Grail of massage. Kenzie has magic hands. His deep tissue pressure felt really stable and grounded, almost like the pressure was coming up from his feet. He asked lots of questions about my pain and function, getting to the root cause of my elbow pain, which was really coming from my neck. Personable and humble. Cannot recommend Kenzie enough.
I came in after a hamstring pull and felt the difference walking out the door. He asked the right questions, worked the right spots, and I was back on the track that week.
My shoulder had been locked up for months from training. He found the spot, slowed down, and worked it through. First night I slept on that side without waking up.
