Delivery, Setup, & Teardown
Included with rentals in service areaWe drop off, set up, and tear down at your venue. Standard service area is Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and surrounding areas. Most events are weekend setups.
Valentine's Date-Night Package
$100 (delivery and setup included)Table and chairs for two, decor, and a floral arrangement, delivered and set up in the Auburn/Opelika area. Bring the takeout — we'll have the rest ready.

Pecan Hill Event Rentals is a family-owned and operated rental company serving Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and surrounding areas. We supply farm tables, chairs, tents, linens, and decor for weddings, graduations, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and holiday parties, and we deliver, set up, and tear down so the host can focus on the people who showed up.
Our inventory grew with our customers. A typical graduation weekend for us is 300 chairs and 40 tables across multiple yards. We also stock 20x20 high peak tents and customizable arches, and we run Stone & Ivy event center in Opelika as a venue option. Send us a message or call to get a quote for your date.
