Plates lean country: baked chicken, country fried steak, smothered porkchop, meatloaf, salmon patties, fried catfish on Fridays. Sides are the heart of it. Field peas, turnip greens, sweet potato casserole, fried okra, mashed potatoes with gravy. Cakes and pies are baked in-house.
